However – don’t be fooled – you still have to record all accidents (in the Accident Book) and additionally keep a record if an accident turns into an over 3-day accident. Also, you should, as a matter of good management, be undertaking accident investigation processes to prevent recurrences.
So – the best thing to do is to effectively manage Health and Safety within your business so as not to have accidents!
